This session will present an overview of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) firm practices, the JUST label, and the UN Global Compact. as tools to benchmark and goal Panelists will discuss strategies and frameworks in their own firms to reshape firm culture to foster increased equity.


Learning Objectives: At the completion of this course, participants will be able to: Identify visible and invisible barriers to diversity in the workplace; Describe reactive and proactive strategies to create a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace for firms of all sizes; Summarize the importance of creating opportunities for emerging professionals to become actively involved in the conversations and process of strengthening JEDI in the workplace; and Identify tools to measure equity in their firms and increase diversity and inclusion.
