The Equity Committee by WIELD, LA.IDEA, and DC NOMA is hosting a new discussion series, Our Forum, Our Impact. This series will aim to tackle tough conversations surrounding a myriad of issues with the first discussion centered around racial justice. We will discuss systemic racism, individual contributions, and how those factors affect the design profession. We aim to leave this session with action items for individuals, firms, and AIA|DC, so we all can contribute to a more equitable profession.
