Location
Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour of Chapman Stables, a condominium community with 114 market-rate and affordable units designed by Studio Twenty Seven Architecture. The historic southern building, an early 20th century light industrial building listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was preserved and adapted into the project. To the north, the architect incorporated a modern, five-story addition featuring apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows and other contemporary details.
After the tour, grab lunch at the recently opened Republic Cantina, a Tex-Mex eatery located inside the building at 43 N Street NW.
Presented by: John K. Burke, AIA - Studio Twenty Seven Architecture
