Join CRAN for a presentation on common solutions to the problems that arise when renovating existing and historic structures. Participants will gain insight into common problems such as moisture control with existing masonry structures, humidity and condensation when dealing with original windows, and wall composites. Fritz will also cover pointing and painting brick, dealing with lead paint on existing masonry, different types of mortar, and negative side waterproofing and drainage systems.
