Our Forum, Our Impact seeks to continue the conversation of our first session on Systemic Racism, we aim to engage local firm leadership in a panel discussion around Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) actions they are implementing to fight to systemic racism and discrimination within their firms. We hope to share evolving initiatives shaped by firm culture through a survey and breakout discussions gathering the perspectives of both firm leaders and emerging professionals.

At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
Establish a common language for Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging in the workplace;
Decipher visible and invisible diversity in the workplace;
Determine reactive and proactive strategies to create a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace for firms of all sizes;
Differentiate performative and impactful ally actions for firms to implement; and
Identify opportunities for emerging professionals to become actively involved in the conversations and process of strengthening JEDI and Belonging in the workplace.
