This course is intended to provide a broad overview of elevator types, appropriate applications, and emerging trends and technologies for elevator systems today.
Eric Paine, Branch Manager
Eric Paine has been with Mitsubishi Electric, US. Inc. Elevators & Escalators for 13 years. He spent nine of those years as a new installation sales representative and project manager in the Southern California market, where he worked on notable new construction projects such as 200 & 400 Spectrum Center Drive, Extron Electronics, Sunset La Cienega, and New Century Plaza Towers. In 2017, Eric transitioned into a new role as Branch Manager of the newly-opened Washington DC Metro office. He has since successfully grown the branch as well as expanded awareness of the Mitsubishi Electric brand within one of the busiest markets in the country, working on notable projects such as Tysons Central Building A. Eric’s main focus is on customer service, delivering quality experiences and creating relationships as the Mitsubishi Electric portfolio continues to grow throughout the Mid-Atlantic and East Coast.
