Inspired by the industrial vernacular of Union Market, this project is designed by Eric Colbert & Associates. The project introduces 300-plus multifamily housing units in a Planned Unit Development approved by the DC Zoning Commission with amenities such as energy-efficient design, green roofs, and bicycle parking. The design incorporates a new public park to serve as a pedestrian link between the metro and Union Market. The architect also worked with Habitat for Humanity to incorporate off-site rowhouses for low-income residents. This project is currently under construction.
