The Washington Architectural Foundation is partnering with The River East Design Center  to host an Anacostia Walking Tour.

Anacostia is rich with history! This walking tour will allow for young people grades 3 to 8 to discover the beauty and history of the buildings in Anacostia and learn about the architecture. This will be an in-person tour, guided by an architect. Young people will learn how to identify and differentiate architectural styles and expand their vocabulary banks with key architectural terms. Each participant will receive their very own tour kit.
