They are also very resourceful and always found ways of maximizing our budget; not by cutting corners or compromising in the design, but by being creative. Catarina Ferreira, ARCHI-TEXTUAL principal, served us as advisor, coordinator, and technical manager, as well as creative artist. She helped us design our house and administer our construction contract. The end result was a project that will be completed on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
