AIA 150 Committee

Mission:

Provides planning and design resources to help ANCs use the Comprehensive Plan and other resources to inform their decision-making.

• Provides three levels of service for ANCs:
1. first through annual city-wide training
2. second through community workshops which would be held with two ANCs next year to look at plan concepts and proposal at a neighborhood level; and,
3. through R/UDAT-like teams which would serve at the request of an ANC to look at a specific development issue.
•  In addition, all information generated from any level of the ARC would be cataloged online so that Commissioners can access that data when it is convenient for them.
